I hate this place they are rude and mean here.They maintenance guy takes days to come out and fix things.Everything in the apartment is outdated by 20years.I called them about my air conditioning on a thurs and they didnt come fix it till monday afternoon.I never have hot water to take showers.My utility bills are outrageous and there excuse was because the units are so old they have to work 3x as hard as a new airconditioning and theres nothing they can do about it.In the winter u have to turn up ur heat so high cause they have horrible insulation.I have found 2 dead moles and some huge spiders that crawl under my front door at night.The staff there is always out back by the pool smoking all day and never answer the phone.There is never anywhere to park I get off of work at 10 pm and have to walk a block to get to my apartment.This is a horrible place to live I could go on and on.
