I just moved here from out of state, and so far everything has been great. If I have had a problem with my unit, maintenance is there within a day. I haven't had anything happen that would be considered an emergency, so I would say a day to get to me is great. I have had worse. My townhouse is not as large as I am used to, but other than that, I have no complaints.
