I was here when the previous manager was still employed. She was a VERY nice woman. Her husband died suddenly the year those reviews were written, so maybe the residents who wrote those things didn't get a chance to know her before that happened.
The "new" manager is also very nice. The neighbors in general are friendly and polite. The location is GREAT--easy access to anywhere you might want to go. 3 Grocery stores, a movie theater, and numerous restaurants in walking distance--if you want to walk. 270 & 161 within a mile if you're going to other parts of town.
The only drawback is the size of the bedrooms--fine if you're just starting out, but too small if you have or want to have any furniture or clothes....
