This place is mess. Leasing agents will lie to you about everything from monthly rent fee/lease breaking options/anything else you can think of on your first visit. Right when you sign, they will try to up-sell you into another apartment that has walls painted a color other than white for more $/month....and even after you decline they jack your monthly rent anyway by $10-20 a month on your contract and hope you don't notice. Many people here have dogs and don't clean up the feces - expect to have dog-crap on your little lawn outside your place. People go to the on-site bar and hang outside everynight until at least 1am. They scream and yell while playing some stupid bean-bag game all night. My aparment is located the furthest you can get from the bar, and it is impossible to sleep at night even with windows shut.
Drains in apartments are cheap and get clogged all the time. You can tell when you they go in to fix them every once in a while as the sewage backs up into your toilet and drain
Ladies in leasing office are lazy, and not exactly outgoing to help you with any issues. The bigger gal will call you "Sweatie" like you are some 4 yr old.
All in all, not worth it. Many better places in immediate area that are better and cheaper rent. Outta here when my lease is up

you sound like an old woman who needs to move into a retirement home. Did you yell at those whipper-snappers that were playing that new-fangled beanie-bag thing? I'm surprised you didn't call the police get over it lady
