First of all, let me just say that I do NOT work there, am not affiliated with anyone that works there and as a matter of fact, I don't even live in Ohio yet.

I am moving to Preserve on April 1st from Chicago. This is the first community I looked at and I fell in love. The places are great, the community is great and SERIOUSLY - who doesn't love having a bar that they can walk to'

The leasing agent that I am dealing with (KATHRYN) is BY FAR the most helpful person EVER! Me, being in a different state is a unique situation and she has done EVERYTHING to make it easier on me. She emails and calls me consistently to keep me updated, worked out a great deal on the fees/security deposit for us and has been an absolute SWEET HEART! If you are interested in Preserve, seriously, call and speak with her. She's phenomenal!!

I can't wait to move in!! :) And I really hope to meet some cool people in the neighborhood!!

Don't get too EXCITED fatty. Once they have your SIGN the lease and they have your RENT you will not hear from them again. Let us KNOW how much you like the BAR after living here a couple of months...and you can't GET to sleep until 2am (yes even on a weekday when you have to work next morning) b/c some slack-jawed Buckeyes ARE throwing THE BEAN-BAGS at each others cornholes.

Yeah, so how can you say the community is great if you haven't even moved in yet? The response here is pretty accurate- all night long with the ---- bean-bag game...usually the rednecks playing it while the g*y dudes who work at Victoria's secret and AnF cheer them on. You will step in dog ---- everytime you're on the grass....pay about $190/mo in utilities in winter and about $170/mo in summer because the heating and AC systems are cheap as balls...and get no help from the brunette in leasing office with the huge knockers once you have signed your lease...(even still, go head to office to check 'em out at least once - fantastic).

I'd love to meet the idiots who make these posts. Although I'm sure that they spend most of their free time being jealous of people and working their minimum wage jobs so there's not much room for a social life I guess. Oh well they deserve worse than what they dish out to complete strangers. I'll be moving into a condo there in a month and would love to meet the good and bad neighbors. Mainly I'd like to meet the bad ones to see how easily they bleed considering they seem to be Michigan fans. Go buckeyes!
