Prices, prices, prices is all I have to say. First of all the deposits are ridicolous and we all know that you never get those back for some odd reason or another. But we decided to look over that because of the special offer they had of getting 1000 extra dollars at move in. that took 2 and a half months to get.The patio on the model the showed me ended up not being on the apartment we actaully got. Godo thing I bought that patio equipment. We also had a few things fixed which I understand is normal but no on seems to be friendly and they do a half-assed job of doing it. Our bedroom door still doens't lock so I gave up! The goat which seems liek a great place to hang out is fun but way overpriced!!! We had one of those dog leashes that screwed into the ground so when we were sitting outside on our little patio we put the dog on it. We came home one day and the ground crew tore it out and took it!!!!!! We went up to the leasing office where they todl us those were not allowed, so what they can just come and take something without a warning. Now that our lease is finally ending and we bought a house for the same price we pay in rent, I called to tell them we were leaving. And guess what' We need a 30 day notice and I am 8 days late, so they want us to pay for the whole month of June and and extra 15% for a month to month lease!!!!! They arent even allowed to pro-rate it. This whole thing is been a disaster!

I live here too and you need to understand that this is typical renting stuff, like not always having the style apartment they show be available when you finally choose to rent, etc. - obviously this is your first time renting. Good for you for buying a house - but some places we've lived have actually required 60 days notice for moving out. Also, the ground crew mows and couldn't risk getting their equipment screwed up by your laziness with your dog. I've lived places where they've cut my bike lock because I tied up to the wrong post - and was never reimbursed for a $40 bike lock... Suck it up, grow up, get over it, and stop posting negativity online. Also, anytime we've had repairs - true, it's taken a day or 2 for them to come, but they fix it right the first time. These apartments were put together too fast, in my opinion. Of course there will be quirks, especially if you're the first to ever occupy them. If you're going to blame anyone for that kind of crap, blame the construction workers.

oh good racism and negativity just what we need another crybaby on the world wide web. I agree, suck it up. Also if you are renting at a place that costs a thousand dollars why not be putting it toward a mortgage at the same place? You must like throwing your money in a pit. I just bought a condo over there and love it so I am enjoying reading the sissies whining about it haha
