I'm not sure why everyone is complaining about the prices. I personally think that it is VERY reasonable for what you get! We have a garage, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, a washer and dryer, plus everything is newer! Being minutes from work and school plus great shopping is great!

I thought that the security deposits were EXTREMELY reasonable, especially compared to many places that want first and last months rent as well as a security deposit upfront. All in all, with app fees, sec dep., and other misc fees, we got into our apartment for under $200 (not including the pro-rated first month rent).

Our townhome is extremely nice, and while it has been lived in, has obviously been taken care of by maintenance. My only complaints are that the carpet isn't of the highest quality, just a cheap plush and that the furnace is quite loud (definitely need the utility room door closed when it is running).

The girls in the rental office were pleasant and were very professional and prompt on returning phone calls, answering questions, and provided flexible moving dates. I personally haven't been at the bar, but my SO has and said it was o.k. The fitness center is a blessing... really gets me motivated to start working out again!

This is Gahanna -Preserve is not minutes from anything...need to drive on farm road at LEAST 10 miles to go anywhere

The amount of idiots in the world cease to amaze me. You didn't even read the review just the title? That shows some really intelligent behavior. You just went looking for positive reviews to burn on and I am the great defender of good smart people. I would recommend neither of you live here when I get there next month or I'm positive we'll meet and you'll get hurt. Take it easy and I hope to see you soon.

Saying "the amount of idiots in the world cease to amaze me" is an immaterial point - to now have stopped being amazed at the amount of idiots means the numbers are dwindling down...or maybe the subject has become boring and you have moved on to another focus (maybe cornwholes?)... The 2nd responder found something interesting about the title so ofcourse he is allowed to comment on it regardless of whether he read the rest of the review or not. How could you possibly hurt either of these 2 reviewers when you prance into the Preserve on your rainbow?!? You mean like hurt their feelings? I'm positive they would have to wash their hands after meeting you but what is this part about you being able to hurt them? Are you one of those non-straights thats the "hairy bear" big burly type? Strange, since you come across as a more feable/sickly non-straight type....
