It's odd to see so many people writing negative reviews! I guess everyone's experience will be different, but for us we love it here. The apartment is nicely laid out, the rent is comparable with other townhome rentals. The pool is not like the dinky ones you usually see. The workout room is also a good size compared to the two machines you usually see. The complex is very pet friendly and there are tons of dogs if your dog is looking for playmates. Our apartment is across from an open field and we see beautiful birds and deer every day. The walls are pretty solid, we really haven't heard any noise so far. The features are all pretty good quality. We moved from a freestanding condo and I was surprised that the microwave, doors, light fixtures, etc, were all better quality than what we had in our condo.
We did have some problems before we moved in though. We had a guy walk through our lease with us who had never done it, and he told us quite a few things that weren't actually true (including when we could move in). Also, the maintenance supervisor told us when we did our final walk through that he would come and fix a couple things and he never did. So we had to put in a work order to get him to come out and when he finally did, he entered without permission. However, when we did finally move in, everything has been perfect since then.
