Not the greatest. It has it's perks.. the pool, the bar, the location. The space for the money is rather small, what you are paying for in your rent is the community bar and the pool etc. One thing that is really gross, is that they make you keep your outdoor trashcans inside your apartment if you happen to pick a floor plan without a patio. We have two dogs, and since there are no "poop" stations near us, we are being asked to store our dog poop inside our apartment until trash day (once a week). If we leave the poop bags on our porch, to add to the trash bag on trash day, we were told that it would be $25 for each bag! I'm sorry but that's disgusting, not only for us, but the people who will be living here after us. One staff person even told me to throw the poop into the field next to our house since construction had not started yet! We will be picking a new apartment when our lease is up.

another genius who pays a thousand for rent when they could be putting it toward a mortgage I presume?
