The Villages at Preserve Crossing look nice at first glance but there is horrible and rampant crime in the community. There are constant home/auto break-ins and robberies. There is no security at VPC and the community and police are of no assistance. I would not recommend living in this community unless you don't care about losing all of your possessions.
In addition, snow removal is limited and sporadic. The walkway outside of my apartment was not plowed once all season and there is at least 4 inches of solid ice on the sidewalks. The community did not provide any salt or shovels. It is a danger. However, not as great a danger as being robbed blind.
