My roomate and I moved in September and so far I love it!!!! I love the area and I love the community..Yes, to some people it's exspensive rent but look what you get for it!! The gym is a gym, not just three machines in a small room!! They also have the bar on site. Granite it's not downtown but come on it has beer right there! I don't know what it's like in the summer yet, but I can't wait. However, I don't live right by it so I don't know if its loud at night! As for my town house its great. We have had some maintenance issues, but they have been there that day to fix it. (I have had to call back on the same problem before, but thats happened everywhere I have lived) I do wish they would plow all the side streets and shovel the side walks. I haven't had any problems with the parking. Now as far as dog poop...it should be the owners picking it up.. How hard is it to take a kroger bag out with you'' All in all I would recommened this place to a friend and I can't wait until summer!

Now that you have gone through a winter season here paying rediculously high heating bills for 2 bedroom townhouse do you still love it?? Isn't it great! When summer rolls around, get ready for some rediculously high A/C bills! And summer also means some --------, oh...what a fantastic game! No chance you won't ever learn about that b/c they will play it all night long/every night for you to watch and hear. Not really sure if we have granite on the premises at Preserve, but then it can't be found downtown either as you have mentioned, so pretty even there I guess.

There is granite, but not for poor people like guapo. They probably saw that you were a racist and gave you the crappiest apartment that they had which you deserved. If you still live there when I get there I'll make sure to stop by and say hello with my mexican friends. May you die young and painfully you sick bastard.
