I've never really had any problems here at vista. The apartments are nice but expensive. I entertain alot and have friends over all the time, they all had great things to say about the apartments and the community. I also like that its a community setting, makes it very safe for a young female. I even had to leave the door unlocked for some reason or other and also my roomate has left her keys in the door all night and day by accident and we were safe..nothing ever happened!! I would stay if I could afford it:-(

Very spacious, neutral color scheme which makes easy to decorate. I agree with previous posts saying appliances a little out dated. The staff could do 100% better at keeping the gounds neat and bug-free. Many spider webs when you walk into your apartment. HORRIBLE spider problem. Recently found roaches in the apartment which is disgusting. Staff does poor job at fixing problems, however they usually attend to situations in a timely manner. The apartments are very expensive for what you get.... ex) parking, i usually park on the other side of my building, already imagining will be horrible in winter time. another example would be that they "have" a hot tub that has been broken the entire time of our lease. Overall, the apartments are decent, could definently use updating/ lower rates, and the staff could be more aware of their jobs.
