Nice, spacious apartments. Have a problem with keeping grounds clean/neat. Too many spider webs, takes a while for the grass to get cut, bushes growing out of control. Noticed that heat escapes through the giant windows, so we all means that our heating bill will increase. Some of the appliances need to be updated. Staff very dingy, doesnt know simple questions, which would seem routine, Ex) where do you get the special key for the water'... no answer given. Had to ask a neighbor. The staff also likes to patrol around on their cart to make sure your blinds are not broken, because they like to community to appear nice. How ever, many other things make the community look dredful. As for parking, dont try to even have guests over, they will park lots over, and so will you if you work the evening shift. Too expensive for what you get. Would be more enjoyable if they did "small" things to keep up on the property. oh yeah, and they have a terrible problem with pests. I have lived at the Ridge which is another Casto community, and I had no problems with the staff, maintance or bugs. I think that the management here is far less qualified than the other Casto properties. It's a shame. May not rent from the Casto communities again due to the experience here. Very disappointing.

I have lived at this community for 2 years and I have no idea what you are talking about in regards to "special key for water"?? I would probably give you the same look! lol
