I have lived here for over 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience. Although appliances, etc. are outdated, the layout is open and relatively large and I really enjoy my covered balcony. I never hear my neighbors and the maintenance staff has always responded within 24hrs to any request(ridiculous as it may be). They even completely replaced quite a few fixtures for brand new. The staff in the front office is always smiling and very friendly too. I think overall the complex looks really nice, and I recieve a lot of compliments when friends visit about how nice my apt./complex is. Compared to other apartment complexes I have seen, the price is great for what you get! I have never once had a problem with parking and have never parked more than a few spots down from my door. I feel safe here as a single woman living alone, and plan to stay for another year!
