We have are going on our fourth year and are so frustrated. The parking is horrible. There are two apartments that have 9 cars between them. The one apartment has 7 cars for two people. Not only have I complained, but three of my neighbors have complained and nothing has been done. Two of them are moving out due to the parking problem. We are told parking is first come first serve. There is trash all around the dumpsters. They will pick up trash bags that are on the ground, but little pieces of trash, broken glass, etc is left. There are balconies, support beams and doorframes need to be painted, which when asked was told they have to see if it is in the budget. Due to our situation we were not able to move this year and I so regretted renewing my lease. This will be our last year here and I do not recommend this apartment complex at all.
