Oh my god!!! I'm a new tenant and after reading all these reviews, I'm kind of wondering why I signed a lease!!! Is it really that bad'!! If there are any actual tenants or past tenants out there that may know about this complex, are the walls that thin''....is parking that awful''' Or am I just screwed''

I never had a problem with the walls at all. You'll hear some noise like thumping ont he stairs but that's about all I heard. Parking can be bad depending on how many people live in the units around you. Our neighbor had like 6 people living there and 4 cars, so we'd occasionally have to park on the side of the road, but never too far from our unit.

I don't have a problem with the walls being thin. I never hear my neighbor. I know in my unit the parking is bad because there aren't enough spots for every apartment in the unit. The other problem is there is one tenant that has four cars. They say there is nothing they can do about it. This tenant also brings trash home from his work and fills the dumpsters up. Again they don't do anything about it. It has gotten to the point I don't even complain anymore because the leasing office refuses to do anything. As soon as our lease is up we are moving. I have two neighbors that are moving when their lease is up and both of them have lived her for over 5 years!

I live in an upstairs apartment, and I have for almost 2 years. I honestly don't have a problem with the walls, but it might just be because i'm in an upstairs apartment. i have realized that people that live downstairs move in and out a lot faster than people that live upstairs. My parking is pretty bad.. i live in a little court type of thing, and especially in the winter, it sucks trying to get to my place from 2 blocks away.
