Golf Pointe Apts are affordable, and decent size apartments. The manager is great and the maintenance is fair. But there are a few problems that can become an issue. Ever since we moved in we have had a mouse and ants in our apartment. The pipes are always clogged up and there is a sewer smell in the sink of our bathrooms.
