I have been here almost three years now, and I had some problems with noise and domestic disputes around me, but all of that has been gone for over a year now. I love the location, and the Maintenance is quick to resolve any concerns. The price is great and utilities are always low. Definitely kid friendly, and if you like to be independent and sort of keep to yourself then you will love it here. I am friendly with all my neighbors too. I would like to see them upgrade the interior soon. They keep up on the ventilation so I always have clean filters! This is important as my last place had me continuously sick. Speed bumps get old real quick. Never been to the pool. The staff is nice, though i rarely see them. I like the little news letter they do every month too!
