I've lived at woodridge for about 2 1/2 years and I have mixed feelings about living here.

I love the staff and have become friends with them but just because they're nice doesn't mean they always do their jobs.

Every time I have an emergency it's taken care of pretty quickly but if I call for maintenance on anything else, it never gets done.

I hate that there are no extra closets in the place (coat or linen) it makes it difficult to store things.

I also hate that there's no bathroom downstairs.

The master bedroom is a nice size and the kitchen is bigger than most apartments so there are some major plus's.



My biggest problem isn't nessesarily with the apartment or the staff, it's the area.

We have cops here often, the "serial rapist" broke into one of the apartments on white cedar, the kids are terrible and not well looked after, people always park in my spot and the pool is always full of loud disrespectful people.

I will be glad to move away from the west side next year, that's for sure.

Since your post was anonymous its hard for us to resolve your issues personally, however if you contact us we would love to discuss how we can make your experience better. As far as the police being in our community often, as a courtesy to our residents we request extra patrols from time to time at our residents request. Again thank you for your response. Joan
