NOTES ON YOUR DOOR IF YOU HAVE A CRACK IN YOUR BLINDS STATING YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO FIX OR A HEAFTY PENALTY PAYMENT; CHARGE 43.00 FOR WATER AND NOW CHARGING FOR TRASH PICK UP; KIDS EVERYWHERE...KIDS, KIDS, KIDS IN THE WAY ALL OVER THE PLACE, IN THE ROAD ON THE SIDEWALKS IN THE STREET YELLING AND SCREEMING AND MAKING MESSES.DEFINETELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND I AM MOVING WHEN MY LEASE IS UP. REALLY A PAIN IN THE REAR TO DEAL WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND SHE ONLY MAKES IT TO THE OFFICE BETWEEN 10 AND 6 AND NEVER ON SUNDAY OR MONDAYS.
