I've been here since September and have been pretty happy. The apartments are pretty new so no drafts... throughout winter our electric bill for our 2 b/r apt was around $70, no gas bill! The grass could use some work, and they did not plow enough during the past snow storm so cars were stuck in various parts of the lot. Maintenance is pretty quick at showing up, but make sure you're there or they don't really fix the problem. Friendly staff, always greet with a smile. Nice pool, and the gym that they give membership to is pretty decent. Would love to have a pet, but the non-refundable 'deposit' is huge, and on top of that monthly pet rent.
