Nice idea, not-so-nice follow through

Kingswood looks very nice in photos, but when you see the place in person, you realize that it is a haven families with inadequate financial resources. There are kids out at all hours with little to no supervision. The swimming pool was rarely operational in the year that I lived in the complex.
