Here is my summary of the living experience here. The plus of this complex is it's location and value - very close to downtown Grove City - a community I will truly miss and like. There are some great schools and parks close-by. There is a new shopping center minutes away which I have nicknamed "Solaris" - the South side of Columbus "Polaris".

Some things to watch for here is - be mindful of the basements make sure they have adequate flooding protection - a lot of our things flooded when we first moved in and over time we did manage to get compensated for it. There is a drainage problem in the area again be mindful of flooding. Watch the neighbors and unsupervised children, they will steal some items and may be niosy, our area did manage to get better over time and we did get a gate to keep theives off the patio. The pool was in good condition and a great place to swim.

The units have some age - again just make sure you are taken care of - the management although slow at times will make every effort to fulfill reasonable requests, another element which has become better over time.

I recommend this complex for the great location and value and please watch the items I mentioned here and you will be okay!
