nice place, friendly staff

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
This community has an advantage of not accepting dogs (so the grounds are much cleaner than others I've seen).
pros: clean , well maintained, freindly staff.
cons: noisy children ,heating system gives out a smokey smell , there is only one maintanance person so it takes a while to fix problems if they are not absolute emergencies.
