I moved in, in 2007. The townhouse/appartment has lots of problems. I've requested a new dishwasher on multiple occasions because ours is crap and has this reoccuring problem that they never address. there are pot holes that require my car to be ralligned on an annual basis. The parking lot floods/turns into an icerink every winter.
The rent has gone up twice since I've been here. If the diswasher isn't replaced before renewal this year we won't be staying.
