I've been living at this place for about a year now. Although the place is pretty decent overall, there are 2 main issues I have with this place. First of all, the insides of the apartments look very cheap as far as the wood trim on the doors and cabinetry is concerned. Even though it was only built about 5 years ago, you wouldn't be able to tell when you walked in, as it has a very 80's feel to it. I hope whoever the designer was no longer has a job, because they made some horrible choices. Second of all, the upkeep of the parking lot in the winter time has to rate at the very bottom of my extensive list of apartment complexes I've lived in. I simply can't understand how you can get almost a foot of snow, and the parking lot goes unplowed! This must be another money-saving tactic by the property owners (Schottenstein Real Estate Group), because I can't recall one time during the 2007-08 Winter season when it snowed and the parking lots got plowed or salted. I can't count the number of times I almost slipped and broke my neck on the thick layers of ice that they just refuse to put salt on. When I inquired about it, I was told that it's the corporate office's decision to decide who and when it gets plowed. This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen! They'd rather wait for the weather to get warmer and the snow to melt, than to take care of the safety of their residents. It's only a matter of time before somebody gets seriously hurt out there, so don't let it be you! Simply unacceptable in my book.

Hey I just wanted to let you know that it's not just this apartment that doesn't plow, we had that big snow this past march (3/2008) and our apartment complex did not plow till tuesday if they even did. My husband got in trouble at work because he could not get his car out of the complex. It's not just this place it's most apartments!
