I have lived in Parkway Village since August 2007. I am only moving now because I transferred to a new office and it is too long of a commute. I have loved my time here: good neighbors; clean, well maintained buildings and grounds; friendly, helpful office staff. The rent has only gone up $20.00 in two years and I don't think that is bad at all.

I love my one bedroom apartment, it is roomy and very nice. I have been looking in the Polaris area for my new apartment and I am having trouble finding something this nice that is as affodable as Parkway Village.

OK...now for the bad, which isn't much. There are no assigned parking spaces and I have had problems in the past getting to park in front of my own building. But the jerk who kept using three to four spaces for his one apartment moved, so it is pretty good now. Also, the parking lot is not maintained in the winter. My first winter here we had a small snow and ice event in December. I called to see why they had not treated the parking lot. The answer was that they only do it if there is a "substantial snow". So, a few months later we had a 15 inch snow. They did not plow or treat the lot then either...so I guess "substantial" means something different to some people.

So, overall I have loved this apartment and I hate to move. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
