I have lived at Regency Arms for the last 10 years. And I am very pleased with the neighborhood and the apartment. Yes, we have went through several managers in the past few years but I think you would probally have that at any aparment. It is nice living right around everything. With the gas prices these days having everything right around the corner is the way to go. I have seen the other reviews and I am sorry for the problems they are having but I can say Regency has been good to me and my family. The maintenance team that is there is great. They always get my work orders done within a day or two. And the office staff is always very responsive to my every need. They are all very friendly in the office. Well put it this way I would not still be living here today if it was a bad place to live. In talking with my friends there are many worse places to live with far more problems. So I must say my family and I are thankful to have the place we have to call home.

Does anyone else find it odd that the only three "yes" reviews were made within two days of one another? Two of which have similar styles of (poor) grammar and talk about how long they've lived there. Just sayin'.
