I have lived here for 3 years now and I plan on renewing my lease for years to come. The value is great, you can't find a better deal in Columbus!
The office staff has always been great and helpful. And the maintnence staff has gotten to my (very few and minor) problems within a day or so. I would recomend Regency Arms to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live.
