Beware before the managment steals your money

We applied to rent a townhouse from them in 2006. The unit they showed us was smelly,so we asked them to change the carpet. They asked for a $100 application fees, which unfortunately we paid them. When we returned after a week , the same stench was there. So we decided not to rent from them. We repeatedly asked for our money back, in person and over the phone. All they did was promising to mail us a check which they never did. Thank God we did not rent in Regency Arms.
