I would have to say this place is beautiful, tucked away in privacy. I had a few issues. One being the management, not friendly to say the least. They got rid of the staff that was friendly a year or so ago. They don't offer specials and the rent does go up quite a bit when your lease renews. I've heard of a couple people moving out and getting charged for every single little thing. Both did not get any of their deposit back.
