The apartments and the complex are nice, but they will do anything to squeeze a buck out of you. They will do anything short of robbing you to get a profit. Instead of keeping their current residents happy, they are more concerned with devising new scams to nickle and dime their residents to death. The office staff aren't very friendly either. I do not intend to renew my lease for a third year. While I will miss the nice apartments, I will not miss the office staff or getting ripped off by them.
