the property manager here at bp is a huge c@nt, she does everything to not make you happy , i've talked to her about problems with my unit over the phone, an she was nice as could be , i go into the office a couple of days later to address the issue an she didn't want to talk to me at all about the issues i have. she sucks just as well as the maintenance supervisor,i think his name is tim, i'm not sure what his name is. i waited almost 2 yrs before i got my floor fixed properly, the poor maintenance guys would come buy an try an fix the problem but i think that had a lot to do with the shady maintenance supervisor an his district manager , i think one thinks the problem can be fixed buy putting caulking down, on the floor,then putting the tile back over top over it ,an i think th dm just thinks she can save some money by geting a big bonus, i would never live here again an i will let ever one i know not to live here
