I was very happy living here. When ever I had a work request, it was responded to in a timely manner given of the type of request that it was. When I had an emergency they responded a quickly as they were able and they were polite.

Granted they were not always able to take my call directly and I left my requests on their message machine. But I was aware that they were always busy at the office with so many people coming in and out, I understood. My messages were responded to and I had no issue with that.

I do know the times I needed to come directly in, they were helpful and many times they were interupted with someone coming in picking up packages or drycleaning or wanting to check out the video library. I found these residents to be the ones who were rude, by interupting my time with my needs.

I especially enjoyed the use of the busness office available. A great feature.
My apartement itself was wonderful and spacious. I received most of my deposit back because I took the time to have them review the apartment before I returned my keys. They found a few things that I missed and I was able to correct. I was charge for some damages- but I was not suprised by that. And the charge was what I expected from the price list I received when I moved in. I was leasing and it is their property I damaged. That was what my deposit was for.

I never had a crime issue here, and I felt safe. I did have crime at other places I have lived. So I don't really believe any place is really safe. Even a home I lived in once was broken into.

When ever my friends visited I would get compliments on how nice the community was.

I'm sorry my job has had to take me out of state. I would have remained and been completely happy.
