office staff has major issues

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
In the beginning staff was nice,attentive and professional.Then new staff came.The person in charge was rude,unprofessional and dishonest.I think she must be in charge of making the company extra money.The maintenance was always professional,polite and skilled.The apartments are spacious and pretty,but be sure to do your first walk thru with a fine tooth comb or you will be charged when you leave for previous damages.If they change office staff it would be a very nice place to live.
