At first glance Bennington Pond might look like a clean safe place to live. My experience there was far less than what I had expected. The office staff was very rude, when there was a maintenance problem they were usually fast to come fix it, unless it was an emergancy then they would tell you that it would be okay until the morning and to let it go. (My apartment was flooding) The apartment itself was built from the cheapest matierials that they could find so things were breaking all of the time. Putting all of that aside when I moved out they are now trying to charge me for the water damage on the carpet from when my apartment was flooded.Not to mention the noise from 33 is LOUD because the walls were so poorly insillated. Don't move there and save your self the stress and find something a lot better for the money.
