Bennington Pond Apartments are peaceful, quiet, and well kept. The landscape of colorful flowers and bushes enhance the property. The pool is large enough to swim laps and maintained beautifully. Walking around the property you find a variety of gardens, waterfall ponds stocked with a variety of fish, geese and ducks.
The office staff has always been accomadating, helpful and friendly. The large clubhouse offers a large screened TV, library and boardroom for meetings, and workout room. You can check out bikes to ride around the area, and dvd movies. s. You can even drop off and pick-up your dry cleaning.
The apartments are spacious, with great lighting and include a covered balcony. Each apartment comes with a large side by side washer and dryer which is placed in a room behind a door. The bedrooms have walk-in closets. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and all appliances including dishwasher and microwave.
The price of the apt. includes free water, basic cable. There is free wifi in the pool area and the clubhouse has a business office to access email, fax machine and a printer. The maintenance staff are friendly and will come address the most simple to complex problems. Yes, they even replace your burned out lightbulbs. They will also see you around the property and ask how everything is going and question if you need anything.
My neigbors have always been friendly, helpful and we watch out for each other. My number one concern in apartment living is safety. I find the lighting at night, and the quiet of the area very safe. You can rent a garage if needed, but I find the parking to be easy and accomading.
I would recommend this place to anyone. It is filled with families, children, and young and old professionals. It is wonderful to go to the pool on Saturday evenings and watch how everyone interacts and shares with each other. It is nice to live in a community where you can really get to know your neighbors.

I agree.. You have to be a regional or corp manager, bc I'm pretty sure your own property managers hate there job when they get yelled at by unhappy residence and can't do a darn thing about it. maybe next time when you write a good review for this place maybe you should try less in making it sound like a rental guide ad.
