Undoubtedly it is a great place! I love the floor plans - spacious and free flowing. Both my sister and me lived here in 2 BR and 1BR respectively. I had to move out because of out-of-state job but otherwise I always thought I will move out only when I buy my own place. Maintenance staff are really great! They are very prompt in attending to things and are very friendly. Though I can't say the same to the Office staff. Some of them are very rude. But there is one very nice lady. I usually try to go to her. It is very quiet, no problems with neighbours. It IS a great place to live! The only problem I had was the floor creaking noise from the apartment above me. It was annoying but there is nothing any one could do. Yes, the windows are a hassle in winter. They are not properly insulated.
