the manager,jane, told my husband and i that we would like this apartment complex. she was truthful. it really is a quiet,quiet community. the manager is attentive to our every request, the maintenance man, dan, efficently and quickly attends to the maintenance needs. both the manager,jane, and her assistant, crystal-are professional and polite in doing their job and responding to the resident's needs. we have a free garage,lovely grounds, an apartment in good condition. pets are permitted. any ruly behaviorof a resident is handled right away[just one incident that i have seen-and the manager took care of the problem. the apartment[we have a 2-bdroom] is really inexpensive with only electric utility for the resident to pay. acess to all kinds of grocery and department stores and restaurants is at our fingertips,plus highways 100 feet to one mile away. we are in our 2nd year here. WE LIKE IT !!
