If your looking for a place to live that wants to take your money and fix nothing, then this is the place for you. I've been here for 5 months and very little from my move in sheet has been fixed. The kitchen cabinets look like they are about to fall down and floors squeak and creak. They do nothing to improve the quality of life here. It is so bad that they will not give out the corporate phone number to anyone and it is not printed on anything. Every time you go in to pay your rent, there is someone new sitting behind the desk. At the time of lease signing, they give you a list of rules that you are to follow, but they enforce none of them. People let their dogs outside with no leash. If there was anything that I could do to get out of my lease, I would move in a heartbeat!

I completley understand what you're dealing with.I moved in in august and everythings falling apart.From my toilets to my fridge to my carpets and doors.This palce is worthless and something needs to be done..not to mention i have black mold grwoing in my closet which scares me.

This place is a hell hole! There are structual issues with the apartment, and the property manager doesn't want to address it. If you bring it up, they get short with you. They don't show you the apartment that you will be renting, they show you one that is in not so bad of shape to hook you in. do not rent here!
