I have lived here for 1yr and 4months. I would say that two thirds of the problems on my move in sheet have not been addressed. The apts are falling apart and no one wants to fix them. They will attempt to make repairs after 3-4 complaints. Even then, it takes days for them to finish. If you have a complaint about another tenant, it goes unaddressed. There are suppose to be breed restrictions on the pets here, however, there have been tenants with pit bulls and they let them run loose in the parking lot. They do not show you the apt you will be renting, you do not see it until after you sign a lease. The floors squeak and creak. My kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart and no one cares. There is a large hole in my utility closet and I can see into my neighbor's utility closet and management doesn't want to fix it. I have literally had all I can take here. I pay my rent on time every month and I don't like how I'm treated. This place is just one step above slum housing.
