Great, but pricey place! - I lived at Bennington Pond for 2 1/2 years and loved my place. Maintenance responded very quickly to every request- even spraying for spiders. Beware! Only been living here for a few months, some minor complaints. Problems with bugs/fleas in the apartment. Pet trash cans very rarely emptied, normally over flowing. Slow response to repair or correct any concern! Found mold in apartment, they cleaned it but took over three weeks
