After searching for apartmets for some time now, I have never found a staff as friendly and willing to answer all of my questions, review all of my possibilities, and truley sell me on why I should become one of their residents. I had such problems with neighboring apartment complexs (a similar company just down the street was unavailable to meet my expectations and needs on several occassions) that I had almost given up my search in the area. That was until I found this property. The biggest difference between Brook Hollow and the complex directly across the street was initially the overall appearance of the property. It looked clean, the landscaping was well kept up and had a great first impression. However, after visiting the office and meeting with the manager, my first impression wasn't the only lasting impression. I was well informed, shown a model apartment, and left knowing that if I had any more questions or concerns she would gladly be there to take my call. I know that this would be a great place to live, and DEFINITELY consider this in my top choice in the area, and anticipate moving in the next week! I will be glad to call Brook Hollow home!!!
