i can't wait to move! it's so run down and all the people here don't care about the place either. fights happen almost nightly, trash bins are filled with furniture and dumpster divers, horrible amount of stray cats and dog sh** everywhere! Noise is expected with a place like this but there is gun shots or fireworks a lot. the safety isn't the best 'cause the locks on the sliding doors are broke and there are people all around with criminal records and willing to brag about it. check out the safety map to see how many sex offenders are around. don't live here unless you don't care or you want to have problems and feel really unsafe. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Our mission at CMC Properties is to simplify the lives of our Customers and my expectations, as Community Manager, is that if something was not working, we'll gladly do our best to fix it.
