I moved into the Brook Hollow apartments in September 2008 and I must say that I am amazed at the friendliness,courtesy and level of service that I have recieved from the property manager and the maintenance staff.
One phone call truly gets stuff fixed. I recently had to call the properrty manager because of a problem with my balcony door. The maintenance guy was literally at my door in under 5 minutes! He came in and fixed the problem..and was done within 20 minutes. Now, two weeks later, the problem is still resolved! AMAZING!
The entry ways are all very clean and nice looking. The cleaning lady for the entry ways is super nice. The property manager is very compitent,friendly and professional. I highly recommend this complex to everyone! We are a young married couple just starting out and we have found peace and comfort here at Brook Hollow. Very quiet,very safe, very nice! Two thumbs up!

That's funny, for every horrible story about Brook Hollow there is an amazing review. And the most amazing factor is, this is from an anonymous reviewer. This website doesn't make people honestly give their true info such as if they are an employee with CMC Properties. I feel this is an employee giving a false review. Once again, DO NOT RENT FROM BROOK HOLLOW! My issue is still not resolved and it's been over four months and now I have a bigger problem!
