Just one month after I moved into Carriage Hill, we found bed bugs. They sent an exterminator, he inspected and treated, and estimated that the bugs had been there for 90-120 days. I had only lived there for 30 days, yet the manager is blaming me for them, saying its my problem, and I have to pays 2 months rent plus an early temination fee if I want to get out. I know I didn't have them in my previous apartment, they were there well before I was.

Well, they are supporters of false advertisement. They promote their basketball court, which neither have a rim, its two poles with backboards, and the court is more weeds and dirt than anything else. The 'workout facitlity' is 15' x 15' with 5 machines, nothing good. The pools are dirty. They say they have on site laundry facilities, well its 1 washer and 1 dryer per building, which has 6 units. Its a constant fight for who can get to it when someone gets done. The water pressure in the kitchen is fine, but the bathroom sink and shower are awful, not to mention it takes FOREVER to get hot water.

The buildings aren't any better. thankfully not mine, but the person across the hall from me just moved out because their cieling leaks REALLY bad whenever it rains, I have yet to see anyone come to fix this issue since they left. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in you're building (fighting, crying, TV, stereo, baby making.... the list goes on) Windows get busted out of cars in the parking lot. Daily drug deals in the parking lots.

Basically, its everything you DON'T want in an apartment. I'm getting out ASAP even if I have to sue for the $1100 bed and $1600 couches that are now ruined. Not to mention almost $500 in bug treatments.
