If it weren't for being stuck in a lease, I would no longer live here. My ceiling leaks, both of the sinks leak into the cabinets below, and the windows leak soaking the carpet. I don't invite people over because I'm embarrassed by the always awful smell of the hallways leading to my apartment, and the nasty carpet in those hallways.
The "24 Hour Maintenance" is non-existent.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; unless you're fond of leaky ceilings and the smell of cat urine.
