The main problem I have with my apartment is the fact that they did the initial landscaping...and then just let it go. I'm always picking up trash (including cigarette butts) outside my apartment and around the pond. The bushes beside both my front and back patios are dead and were dead even before winter hit. I've lived there a year and they never bothered to seed the grass, so every time it rains it becomes a muddy mess.
The noise level doesn't bother me too much...I've lived in apartments far noisier, but maybe I'm just blessed with quiet neighbors. I do know, however, that every time I'm in my bedroom I can hear everything that goes on in the neighbor's bedroom upstairs. EVERYTHING.
Maintenance is fairly good, but they don't always get the job done right the first time...so I would recommend making an appointment so that they can fix things when you are home. I called them to replace batteries in my smoke detector once because the smoke detector had been beeping...and they replaced the batteries in the wrong one. (They had to have heard it STILL BEEPING, but they left without checking it out.)
The area is congested, and will probably be moreso once the new commercial and retail developments are completed at Gateway and Hamilton-Mason. So...hope you like traffic jams!
All in all, it's an affordable place to live, the neighbors are nice, it's a safe area (thus far!), and close to everything.

I agree with this persons review, especially about the condition of the grounds.
I love my apt on the inside after a couple of yrs of making improvements.
People tend to walk their dogs on the way to the mail box, and when they do this, they let their dog do its business in your yard. So in addition to cigg butts you can have lots of dog poo in your yard which is a health issue. I only blame Pedcore for not DEMANDING that dogs be walked in one certain place. The offices sends out notices to dog owners to shut the rest of us up, which of course the dog owners ignore.
Parking isnt a problem if you only have one car. And yes, grass seed is MUCH needed.
