I have lived here for one year and will not renew my lease. in the year I have lived here I have had to call the office twice to fix a problem with the air conditioning unit both times it took over a week to fix. the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors talking which is something i guess all apartments have trouble with. the trash is over flowing into the street by every dumpster in the complex which could be an easy problem to fix just by scheduling the trash to be picked up more often. The work out room has been closed for repairs for atleast six months. last week I stopped by to look at the progress and the same cheap equiptment was in there I didn't see what has been changed it looked like they didn't work on it at all. I have one good thing to say and its just that the property is kept clean and the landscaping is great other than around the dumpsters.
