I have been a resident of Knollwood Crossings for a year. I will not be renewing my lease, as the staff of this complex are a joke! Don't even think about stopping by the leasing office with a question or concern on the weekend- because I assure you the woman working will inform you that she is just a leasing agent and that you will have to stop back by during the week. When you work 40 hours a week and on weekdays, that isn't always reasonable as a paying resident!

Knollwood Crossings will allow ANYONE to move in. I have a group of guys living by me currently, and I feel like I live next door to a night club. That is when the lady down the hall isn't letting her kids play in the hallways, knocking on doors.

I haven't been able to sit on my patio, as there are spiders the size of my head living out there. I must also mention that they are always above the entryway so beware!!

I have received nothing but terrible service from the staff- it seems to be more of a fashion show than a business. The "managers" are not helpful and talk to you like they are so much better than you. So. . Not the case!

I would only recommend this apartment complex to young adults who are both working and in school, because it is a cheap place to live - and with a busy schedule you wont be home long enough to have to put up with the crap that we do.
